  • Religious offering items (e.g., flowers, joss sticks, candles, and Sangkhathan offering sets)

  • Driver gratuity/fee of 500 THB per person, payable on the day of departure

  • Tour guide and tour assistant gratuities (standard recommendation: 100 THB/person/day, subject to your personal satisfaction with their service). Once given, gratuities are deemed voluntary and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • Cancellation made more than 31 days prior to departure: A handling fee of 500 THB plus actual incurred expenses will apply.

  • Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour fee will be charged (strictly non-refundable).

  • Once the tour has commenced, no refunds or fee claims will be honored if you choose to skip any itinerary item or depart from the group. If you are unable to travel for any reason, you will be liable for any group surcharge if the remaining group size falls below the minimum required (please contact us for further details).

  • Bookings made for travel during festival periods, public holidays, or long weekends are strictly non-cancellable. In the event of a no-show, the company reserves the right to charge 100% of the tour fee without exception.

  • Please read all details carefully prior to booking to ensure mutual understanding. Making a deposit or full payment constitutes your full acceptance of all company terms and conditions.

  • The company reserves the right to reschedule, cancel the tour, or adjust tour prices if the total number of travelers is fewer than 15 persons.

  • Once a deposit or full payment is processed—whether paid directly to the company or via authorized agents—it is deemed that you acknowledge and accept all specified terms and conditions in their entirety.

  • Full payment must be completed within 2 days after seat confirmation (along with submission of a copy of your National ID card / Passport). Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in automatic seat release for other waitlisted customers.

  • In the event of schedule changes, delays, or cancellations involving domestic flights, buses, or trains, the company shall not be held liable under any circumstances as such situations are beyond our operational control.
