Cancellation & Refund Policy

Day Trip – Ang Thong Marine Park

1. Cancellation Before the Tour Date

• Cancellations made before 7:00 PM on the day before the tour are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation After 7:00 PM on the Day Before the Tour

• Cancellations made after 7:00 PM on the day before the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• The remaining 50% of the tour price will be refunded.

3. Cancellation on the Tour Date

• Cancellations made on the tour date, or failure to join the tour at the scheduled time, are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).

• If guests arrive late, are not ready at the scheduled pickup time, or fail to meet the pickup arrangements and consequently cannot join the tour, this will be considered a No-show / Late arrival, and no refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation by the Company

If the company needs to cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions, strong winds or waves, instructions from the National Park authorities, or safety concerns, guests will be offered the following options:

• Reschedule the tour to another available date at no additional cost; or

• Receive a 100% full refund.

The decision to cancel or suspend the boat operation will be based primarily on weather conditions, sea conditions, and passenger safety.

5. Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

• The processing time for refunds depends on the relevant bank or payment service provider.

• By making a booking and completing payment, the guest is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the above cancellation and refund policy.
