Welcome to Kavan, a platform for creating, managing, and publishing tour itineraries and information related to tourism businesses. By accessing Kavan's website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

1. Nature of the Service

Kavan provides software and an online platform to help tourism businesses manage their information. Kavan is not a tour operator, broker, reseller, or guarantor of the quality of any tour itinerary, product, or service that a user publishes through the platform.

Unless stated otherwise, all information displayed on the platform is created by its users.

2. User Responsibilities

Because the platform allows users to create their own content (User Generated Content), users agree that all information submitted to the platform—including text, images, videos, prices, tour itineraries, schedules, logos, trademarks, and other information—is used with proper authorization and that they are responsible for the copyrights in that information.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and legality of information published through the platform, including any damage, dispute, or third-party rights infringement arising from that information.

3. Content Published by Users

Users retain ownership of the information they create and publish through the platform. However, when users upload or publish information on the platform, they grant Kavan the worldwide right to store, reproduce, modify, format, display, publish, promote, and use that information for operations, product development, marketing, advertising, system demonstrations, and promotion of the platform, without further notice, permission, or compensation.

The rights granted to Kavan under this section remain effective for as long as the information remains on the platform or as necessary for the platform's business operations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kavan only provides a platform for managing and displaying information created by users. Kavan has no obligation to review, certify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of information published by users.

Kavan is not liable for any damage, dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from information created or published by users through the platform, whether affecting users, third parties, or any organization. If Kavan is subject to a claim or lawsuit arising from a user's information, the user agrees to be responsible for all resulting damages, expenses, and legal costs to the extent permitted by law.

5. Platform Rights

Kavan reserves the right to suspend, remove, edit, hide, or refuse to publish any information that it considers may violate the law or these terms, infringe another person's rights, or create a risk for the platform, without providing reasons or prior notice.

Exercising these rights does not mean that Kavan has an obligation to review all information published by users.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

As a fully online platform, credit top-ups and membership upgrades are processed through an online payment system with bank-standard security. We use Stripe, a global online payment company headquartered in the United States. When you add credit and pay by scanning a QR code on the website, your credit or membership upgrade is applied immediately—without transfer notification, payment slips, or waiting for a Kavan team member to verify the payment.

We do not offer refunds for credit packages or membership upgrades. We do not have access to your source bank-account transfer information. Each credit top-up or membership upgrade is a one-time transaction; no additional charges or other fees will be collected afterward.

7. Changes to These Terms

Kavan may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing updates on the website. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Policy Changes

Kavan reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time by publishing the revised version on the website. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
